ALBERTA - SOLICITOR / FAMILY LAW PRACTICE

This 2 lawyer practice is located north-east of Edmonton and has been in operation for 15 years, consistently billing in the 7 figure range.  The practice is evenly split between Solicitor's work and Family Law.  Wills/Estates and Real Estate are in a growth phase.  There is further expansion opportunity if the buyer were to keep civil litigation files, which are currently referred out.

The practice boasts excellent support staff and a great reputation in the community.

The premises are also available for sale; however, please note Ms. Geiger is not a realtor so any such transaction will be handled separately.

CENTRAL ALBERTA PRACTICE - General Practice

This practice started 100 years ago and is located in the historic downtown core of this Central Alberta city. Practice mix is about 50% RE, Wills/Estates and Corporate/Commercial; the remainder is Family Law/litigation and Commercial litigation. Billings are in the high six figures and the practice is exceptionally profitable.  The practice boasts fantastic staff, and the premises have space for an additional lawyer.

The seller is willing to contemplate the sale of the building.  Please note that Ms. Geiger does not handle real estate sales and the seller will have a licensed realtor for any such transaction.

CENTRAL ALBERTA

This 2 lawyer practice was established in 1984 and consistently bills $8-900K annually.  70% Solicitor's work with emphasis on Real Estate, Wills/Estates and Corporate/Commercial - some Family law and general litigation.  Trained staff and congenial sellers. This practice would suit lawyer(s) with approximately 5 years of experience an upwards although the sellers are prepared to consider mentoring a more junior lawyer(s).
