A lot of work is referred out including Corporate/Commercial work, Estate Litigation and Family Law Trial work; accordingly, the practice is ripe for further expansion.
The selling lawyer does minimal advertising - clients are through word of mouth and existing referral sources - and thus there is great expansion potential in all areas if the buyer undertakes increased promotion of the practice.
